Working in partnership with landowners and their advisers who share our principles and passion, we add substantial value to every parcel of land by achieving sustainable and deliverable planning permission for much-needed new homes.
We enter into Promotion Agreements with landowners, and submit a planning application and promote land for residential led allocations within an agreed timescale. Once planning permission is approved, the land is sold on the open market, ensuring there is no doubt the maximum value is achieved. It will suit some landowners to sell their land now, and we will consider this with an uplift for the owner once development of the land commences. Put simply, we are entirely flexible in our approach to land deals and tailor each to the individual landowner’s specific requirements.
