Duncan has some 16 years’ experience in the development industry, initially in local government followed by time spent working for CBRE and Colliers.
Prior to joining Anwyl, Duncan worked for a national strategic land company assisting with the identification, acquisition, and promotion of strategic land for future sale to national and regional house builders. His role was to identify a significant number of sites in target locations, undertaking detailed appraisals of local authorities and sites for their suitability for residential development. He also negotiated over 60 promotion agreements on sites throughout England for around 7,500 homes.
Duncan founded Anwyl Land with Phil Dolan and the Anwyl family and joined as Land and Planning Director to identify suitable sites, manage contractual negotiations and promote opportunities through the planning system. Duncan works closely with landowners, agents and a team of trusted consultants to ensure every site is fastidiously promoted.
