Anwyl Land are promoting land to the northwest of Leek New Road for future residential development through Stoke-on-Trent’s emerging Local Plan.

Following a competitive bid process, a joint detailed planning application has been submitted with the successful house builder to bring the site forward for development for much needed family housing.
