Exchange Street, Edenfield
Anwyl Land have secured an allocation for in the region of 90 houses at Edenfield, as part of a larger site. Working collaboratively with adjacent landowners, the site was removed from the Green Belt in Rossendale’s Local Plan and allocated for much needed residential development.
Supporting documents are being prepared, and an outline planning application will be submitted in the coming months. Once planning permission has been secured the site will be sold to a national or regional house builder via a competitive marketing exercise.
